Citrana AI

Citrana AI is an AI-powered market research platform that helps businesses understand how well their product would do in the market. It offers customer segmentation with AI personas that can be interviewed, detailed competitor analysis with product differentiations, and social media insights to understand what people are saying about their products and competitors, and whether there is demand for a new product in the space. The backend is built with Python and FastAPI, with a React frontend. We use Reddit and LinkedIn APIs for social listening, SERP API for competitor research, and Perplexity and OpenAI for AI-powered analysis and persona generation. Citrana AI was incubated at TBI, the campus incubator at BITS Pilani, and has been presented at various events.
